What i have learn in lesson.
I learn about types of communication and distractions.
There are intrapersonal communication,interpersonal communication,group communication and mass communication.
When we are communicating,there are 2 types of distractions one is external and another one is internal.
External distractions can course by glare(light),noise(like from construction site),body language,weather and reception.
Internal distractions will be things like mood,illness(loss of voice),language skills,different cultural and mannerism and upbringing.
